Обучението включва придобиване на знания за боравене с техники за оптимизиране на ежедневното системно администриране и процесите при разработката на софтуер. Знанията, включени в него са пресечната точка между разработка и операции, както и използване на инструментите, които подобряват сътрудничеството в работните потоци през системното администриране и разработването на софтуер.
